At Box Roses Florist, managing your flower subscription is simple and flexible. Whether you want to modify, pause, or cancel your plan, you're always in control. Below you’ll find key details about your subscription, including your rights under Florida consumer protection law (F.S. 501.165) regarding auto-renewing contracts.

How to Modify or Cancel

In compliance with Florida Statute F.S. 501.165, our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and easy to follow:

  1. No hidden fees: Cancel any time before your next billing date without penalty

  2. Simple cancellation: Log into your account, email us at info@box-roses.com, or call us at 813-410-9069

  3. Advance renewal notice: For subscriptions prepaid for 12 months or more, we’ll send a renewal reminder at least 30 days in advance

Please note: If you cancel after a billing cycle begins, your plan will remain active until the end of the paid period, but it will not renew afterward.

Pausing or Changing Your Plan

We know life changes. That’s why you can:

  • Pause your subscription for up to [X] months without cancelling

Refunds & Returns

Because flowers are perishable, subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins. If there’s a problem with your delivery (such as damage upon arrival), please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll gladly send a replacement.
