What I love about BOX ROSES FLORISTS IS THAT THEY REALLY care about their customers! I called them recently (after) I made my order, to ask questions about my last 3 orders where the flowers didn’t last long at all. The last order prior to this one was the worse. I asked if there was something wrong with the previous flowers? The possibility be the ingredients to make them last longer. Inclement weather or where they came from. That was great conversation and I was prompted to ask is there a better time to make an order? Beginning of the week. That helped me a lot and I thank the representative for speaking with me about it. What came next was a personal touch where (I believe) a co-owner or supervisor, maybe a decision maker made the delivery and spoke to the recipient of the flowers. She was extremely happy on the personal touch. I felt they didn’t have to do that but it shows me, as a customer, that they care about hearing what their customers have to say. I love this place. Can’t see myself going anywhere else in the Tampa fl area. As of this review the flowers look and STILL smell amazing! Thank you, thank you Box Roses Florist!! Mike
