Same-Day Delivery Cutoffs
Same-day cutoff depends on how close you are to our Wesley Chapel hub — not a single storewide deadline. Check your zone below before you order.
4:00 PM cutoff — Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, Lutz, San Antonio, New Tampa These are our closest zones. Orders placed before 4:00 PM Monday through Saturday go out same-day.
2:00 PM cutoff — everywhere else in our delivery network (Land O'Lakes, Tampa Palms, Odessa, Tampa) Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Saturday go out same-day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM in these areas will be scheduled for the next available delivery day — this cutoff is earlier because route distance and traffic leave less room to guarantee arrival before close.

Delivery Areas & Windows
We deliver from our Wesley Chapel hub across two coverage zones. Delivery windows reflect real drive times, not estimates — so the window we give you is the window we keep.
Core Zone — Wesley Chapel, Lutz, Zephyrhills, San Antonio, New Tampa Same-day cutoff: 4:00 PM. Delivery window: 60–90 minutes from dispatch.
Extended Zone — Land O'Lakes, Tampa Palms, Odessa, Tampa Same-day cutoff: 2:00 PM. Delivery window: same-day, scheduled dispatch to account for route distance. Tampa deliveries during peak traffic hours (7–9 AM and 4–6:30 PM) may arrive later in the window we confirm with you at checkout.
We do not currently deliver to Thonotosassa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, or Riverview.
Outside our direct delivery network: we fulfill through a vetted local-florist wire-service partner rather than a national order-gathering platform. You will always be told at checkout if your order is being fulfilled this way, and by whom.

Hospital, Funeral Home & Corporate Deliveries
We deliver regularly to Tampa General Hospital, AdventHealth Wesley Chapel, Blount & Curry Life Event Center, Gonzalez Funeral Home, and venues including the JW Marriott Tampa Water Street, Oxford Exchange, and Hotel Flor Tampa Downtown.
For hospital and healthcare facility deliveries: we confirm the recipient's room/unit and visiting-hours policy before dispatch — arrangements are never left unattended at a nurses' station without confirmation.
For funeral home and event deliveries: we coordinate arrival time directly with the venue or funeral director to match service schedules.
Delivery Confirmation
Before your order leaves our shop, we photograph the finished arrangement and send it to the email or phone number on file, along with a real-time tracking link. This means:
You (or the recipient) can see exactly what was delivered — no surprises.
If anything looks off before it leaves our hands, we fix it before dispatch, not after.
Delivery confirmation includes GPS-based proof of delivery, so there's no ambiguity about whether an order arrived.
Substitution Policy
Fresh flowers are a live, seasonal product — sometimes a specific bloom or vase becomes unavailable on short notice due to weather or seasonal supply. When that happens:
We substitute with a comparable or higher-value flower, color palette, or container — never a downgrade.
The overall look, size, and value of your arrangement will match or exceed what you ordered.
We do not add substitute items or upgrades to your order without your consent, and we do not pre-select paid add-ons in checkout — what you approve is what you're charged for.
If you want zero substitutions, note it at checkout or call us — we'll confirm availability before charging your card.
Delivery Attempts & Incorrect Addresses
We verify delivery addresses against the details provided at checkout. If a delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, we will:
Attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe, weather-appropriate location if instructed to do so, or
Contact you to arrange a redelivery window, or
Hold the arrangement at our shop for pickup or next-day redelivery.
If an order cannot be delivered because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect, a redelivery fee may apply. Please double-check the address at checkout — this is the single most common cause of delivery delays industry-wide, and it's the one thing we can't fix from our end.
Weekend & Holiday Hours
We are closed Sundays. Orders needed for Sunday occasions should be placed by Noon on Saturday. For Sunday emergencies, call (813) 489-0462 — we'll do what we can.
Peak Season Notice (Valentine's Day & Mother's Day)
These two dates account for the majority of annual floral demand nationwide, which means tighter cutoffs and delivery windows industry-wide. During peak weeks:
Order cutoffs move earlier — we recommend ordering [X días antes — confirmar] in advance.
Delivery windows may be broader than our standard same-day window to ensure every order arrives fresh and on time.
We'll always confirm your specific delivery window at checkout, not after payment.
